| Working drawings & quote (consented works) | $3,500 | Floor plan with installation drawings, 3D render with final selections, demo plan, electrical plan, your chosen painting/finishing plan with consent pack for Council submission & lodgement. |
This includes interior spaces excluding structural modifications for a single room. Fees for additional rooms upon request. Discounts apply for multiple spaces.
